1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and squeen688 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the squeen688 website located at squeen688.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with squeen688, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. squeen688 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where the User is found to be under 21 years old.
2. You are a natural person and are acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as individual Users.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would constitute a criminal offence.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of squeen688 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
6. You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by squeen688 for violation of these Terms.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on the squeen688 platform requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update it promptly if any details change.

4.1 Identity Verification

squeen688 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered squeen688 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances — including real-money funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. squeen688 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5 Account Management

squeen688 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any account where it reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that may cause harm to the Platform or its users.

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the squeen688 customer support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of KYC requirements and absence of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.

5.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months. squeen688 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of RM10 per calendar month to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address on file.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

squeen688 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. squeen688 targets a processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet during standard operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or where additional verification is required may extend to up to 24 hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before the derived winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.
• squeen688 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency may only be withdrawn to a verified cryptocurrency wallet.
• squeen688 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by squeen688 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g. 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per wager — typically between RM10 and RM50. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute 0% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the squeen688 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the case of sports betting, results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body. In the case of casino games, outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

8.1 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void at squeen688's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, obvious pricing errors, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's account.

8.2 Maximum Winnings

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of squeen688 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, squeen688 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

squeen688 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond squeen688's reasonable control, without giving rise to any liability.

In no event shall squeen688's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform exceed the total deposits made by that User in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination

squeen688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines — on reasonable grounds — that the User has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon termination of an account for cause, squeen688 reserves the right to void and forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money balances may be returned at squeen688's discretion following investigation, subject to any applicable regulatory holds or legal requirements.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which squeen688 holds its international online gambling licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits squeen688's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Malaysian Users acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and accept full responsibility for compliance with their local laws.

15 Amendments to These Terms
